These Terms govern your use of CloudPages Directory (the “Directory”), a network of local business directory websites at cloudpages.directory and its city/county subdomains, operated by The Quiet Staff (McDuck Holdings, LLC). By using the Directory, you agree to these Terms.
The service
The Directory lists local businesses and lets you contact them. We are not a party to any agreement, transaction, or service between you and a listed business, and we do not endorse, guarantee, or perform the work of any business listed.
Listing information
Listing details are provided by businesses or compiled from third-party sources (including Google) and may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. Verify details directly with a business before relying on them. Business owners may claim and update their own listing.
Contacting businesses & text messages
When you submit a quote request, your details are sent to the business you contacted so they can respond. If you opt in to text messages on the form, you consent to receive an SMS confirmation about your request; message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to opt out at any time. Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the Directory: no scraping or bulk data collection, no submitting false or others’ information, and no using contact forms to send spam or unlawful content.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Directory is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Quiet Staff (McDuck Holdings, LLC) is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Directory or from your dealings with any listed business.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
